R&D - Quality

Through the efforts of our R&D department, existing products are constantly being improved and new ones developed to guarantee continuous customer satisfaction. Innovation and keeping abreast of market trends are central goals to the R&D team in supporting the export orientation of our company.

 

Having acquired the ISO 9001:2008, 22000:2005 and HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points) certifications from Lloyd's Register Quality Assurance, as well as the IFS, SGF and Kosher certificates, and being certified as an Organic Food Processor, we are continuing to implement these quality management systems at every stage of our production.

From the plantations, to our processing facilities, to our clients. In this way we are able to ensure the continuity in delivering excellent quality products that are in accordance to the Codex Alimentarius, the RSK values, SGF regulations and the AIJN Codes of Practice.

In order to continuously improve our products and customer satisfaction, our research and development team collaborates regularly with universities and other companies. We are also involved in development programs of the EU related activities concerning Research and Technological Development.
